Our Values

Inspiration

Inspired leaders and organisations are able to effectively drive change and effectuate a positive ripple effect throughout their communities by inspiring others to be mindful of the bigger picture and work in alignment with the higher calling. 

Courage

Instilling the value of courage empowers people to challenge the status quo and make conscious decisions while curbing herd-mentality that often prevents innovation and change. 

Innovation

Cultures of innovation are naturally dynamic and forward-thinking. There often is no one right answer to a problem, but rather experimentation which drives positive change throughout projects, processes, and systems. 

Awareness

Fostering awareness so we operate less on autopilot but instead examine our thought processes, beliefs, and ultimately our actions. Living and leading consciously means to accept responsibility for the present and the future. 

Kindness

Kindness is more than accepting or tolerating in that it is active – a decision one makes to lead with their heart and open their mind. Kindness is powerful and has a boomerang effect that over time creates significant value and a thriving environment for all stakeholders. 

Authenticity

Effective and impactful leaders speak their truth, even when it feels uncomfortable or hard; they have integrity and are guided by their values. 

Community

A strong community is a group of individuals with high trust, effective communication, equality, respect for differences, and high levels of cooperation. A community can be created within an organisation supported by the above values. 

Wellbeign

Investing in the wellbeing of individuals, their families and their communities through culture building and access to high quality care benefits organisations and leaders directly through employment retention and higher productivity. 

Sustainability

Sustainability integrates economic, environmental, and social dimensions into financial analysis and investment decision making. Prioritising sustainable practices directly impacts the people and communities at the heart of the organisation and drives innovation while reducing harm and negative consequences for future generations.

To realise our vision, we work closely with leaders, organisations, and their stakeholders to instill a culture that not only challenges the status quo, but helps them become powerful agents of change while improving their bottom line. We consult with companies on how to design innovative processes, products, and services that benefit stakeholders and their communities alike. Our mission is to create better, more conscious and sustainable businesses that together will positively impact society and the environment so that we all can flourish – one organisation at a time.

Higher Calling

Elevating humanity through business begins with knowing WHY your company exists. A business with a purpose beyond just turning a profit has a compass to stay focused on its mission and true north. A higher calling leads to improved decision-making and creates value for all stakeholders and customers. 

Stakeholder Wellbeing

The interdependent nature of organisations and their stakeholders dictates that sustainable long-term success of an operation can only be ensured if the wellbeing and interests of all stakeholders are accounted for. This means organisations need to create a culture of health and performance that inspires, creates value, and supports people in ways that allow them to fully engage and participate in the organisation’s goals and successes. 

Sustainability

Sustainability directs a company toward a bright future. Through sustainability efforts, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and other business professionals can set up or adjust a company to significantly improve its economic performance and the long-term chances of its success. Health, economic, and social crises have raised stakeholders’ expectations about the role of organisations in solving major problems. The Sage:

Being a good sage means, living and using your knowledge, intellect, and resources, to find the truth no matter how uncomfortable it might be. The Sage’s key to success lies in the objective collection of data and their analytical skills.

Archetype:

  • The Sage‘s goal is to is find and live the objective truth
  • The Sage‘s archetype relies on software, strategy, and data analysis to comprehend their business and the world it fits
  • The Sage is often regarded as a thought leader in their industries.

The Custodian:

Being a good Custodian means that at your essence there is the calling to protect and take care of the things around you. Custodians ethically conduct business and embrace their responsibility for the wellbeing of all their stakeholders.

Archetype:

  • The Custodian’s goal is to protect people, planet and all things from harm. 
  • The Custodian puts people and planet at the forefront and realises that business outcomes are only as good as the people who work for them.
  • Custodians know that investing in human re-sources Is what makes them stand out and gives them an edge over their competitors.

The Evangelist:

Being a good Evangelist in the secular world of business means discovering your values, purpose, and higher calling, then using them as a guiding northern star. An evangelist shares their vision and mission with the world and guides others to find their northern star.

Archetype:

  • The goal of an Evangelist is to discover their purpose and their values and then to share them with the world.
  • The Evangelist understands that, in today’s digitalised world, companies are not only selling a product or service but have a huge social responsibility. 
  • The Evangelist understands that the values a company promotes can affect consumer choices in a multitude of ways. Therefor a good Evangelist hones its message and uses its reach to share its mission so that others are inspired to follow.

Our Credo

We Are Values Based:

We understand our purpose and reason for being, this is what drives us as an organisation. Our values are our guide and northern star. It is through our values, that a foundation of empathy for our stakeholders and the environment is created. This empathy guides us to serve our stakeholders in a way that is life-centred and leads us to discover their wishes and fulfil their needs. When required to make a values stand, we will do so, knowing that it takes inspiration, courage, awareness and authencity todo so.  We are values-based because our values make sure we are ethically inspiring and empowering the world.

We Are Culture Creators:

As culture creators we empower communities of people to realise their full potential and improve our world. By inspiring life-centered communities, we build a foundation for true innovation to happen within an industry. We understand that when values-based people come together, and work towards a common goals, the world is improved. We are culture creators because, we create communities of people who are focused on improving our world.

We Are Creative Thinkers:

Thinking creatively is necessary for anyone to become more aligned and life- centric. Innovation happens in levels, and we understand that the highest form of innovation finds a current solution to a problem our stakeholders never knew exsisted. We achieve this by focusing on the whole ecosystem supporting each organisation, community and country we work with. We are creative thinkers because our goal is to identifying every gap, and to find ways to solve these concerns, creating a improved world for all beings.

We Are Adaptive:

Frequent prototyping, inspecting and aligning ensure that we as an organisation are delivering the highest value to our community. Based on feedback, immediate adaptations are made to help fine tune the processes and to continue onward towards empathetic success. We ask ourselves important questions. How can we best deliver this to the stakeholders we serve? How does this affect our community? Are we helping, or hurting our environment? Through fast feedback loops, critical thinking and adaptive practices we reduce waste, minimise risk and deliver the highest value to our stakeholders. We are adaptive because it allows us to align more deeply with our purpose and work to benefit the world around us.

We Are Life Centred:

At the forefront of everything that we do, we focus on people, planet, and prosperity. We always focus on the bigger picture before we look at the finer details, because we work to see benefit all life, and not just the wallets of our shareholders. Looking ahead to the future, we asses on the benefits and consequences and the results of our actions. With every decision we make, we choose a way which harms no humans at any stage, nor does it involve harming of the environment. We are life centered because we believe that it is a businesse’s responsibility to improve our world in a way that all beings and the environment can flourish and each individual can live a life infused with inspiration, courage, wellbeing and community.
